Disclaimers
- I do not accept commissions, please refrain from asking me.
- I do not offer my customers the option of paying for the difference with different licenses.
- Don't expect me to help you with any of my assets/avatars, it is my customers responsibility to have the necessary knowledge to use my digital products.
- If you are unsure about something, contact me before hand.
RULES
Assets
- By using or buying any of my creations in any sorts of way, you automatically accept the terms of use it comes with.
- Vrchat Avatar Creators; with the commercial license, you may use my assets on Paid/Free/Nitro/Public avatars.
- You cannot resell/distribute my assets on its own as mods without my consent.
- Redistributing/Selling any of my assets on its own is prohibited.
- Redistribution/Profit with any assets under the personal use license is prohibited.
- The only place where commercial licenses are available is on my Official Site, Gumroad and Payhip
- You need to follow the commercial use license properly. If it says character only, then you are only allowed to resell it on a character.
- Whenever selling your character/scene using my assets with the commercial use licenses, you need to credit me in your description and you need to use my store as credit.
- Youtubers/Streamers/Influencers, if any of my assets becomes a part of your mascot, you need to credit me in your description with the personal use license. With the commercial use license on the other hand, credit is not necessary.
- No refund of any of my services or creations under any circumstances, all sales are final.
Avatars
- By using or buying any of my creations in any sorts of way, you automatically accept the terms of use it comes with.
- You may edit my avatar as much as you want with no limits.
- You may commission an editor to edit my avatar, but the customer and editor must both own the avatar.
- You are not allowed to redistribute/share anything out of my avatar package.
- You are not allowed to use anything out of my avatar package for your own (paid, free, nitro, public) character/avatar.
- You are not allowed to make direct profit in any sort of ways out of my avatar package.
- You may only use my avatar for your own personal use.
- Private upload only solely on the account of the buyer.
- Youtuber/Streamer if you use my avatar as your main mascot you need to credit me somewhere in your description. I also offer an affiliate program.
- Do not expect to receive any help regarding the setup of my avatars. Please have basic Unity knowledge upon purchase.
- No refund of any of my services or creations under any circumstances, all sales are final.
